Geyserville Community Foundation
Dear John,
Thank you for your decision to invest in a hunger-free community. Your donation not only ensures nourishment, but also provides a sense of relief to our neighbors in need.
For over 37 years, the Redwood Empire Food Bank has been a safety net in our community, striving to end hunger and offer sustenance to those facing dire circumstances. Your support allows us to serve over 140,000 children, families, and seniors annually-an astonishing figure that underscores the immense impact of your kindness.
Your generous donation of $5,250 is already hard at work supporting our three initiatives:
• Every Child, Every Day: Your support aids in bridging the meal gap for at-risk children, offering them a healthy start and the promise of a brighter future.
• Senior Security: With your contribution, we can provide nutritional stability and essential resources to 14,000 seniors, empowering them to lead healthy, independent lives with dignity.
• Neighborhood Hunger Network: With your backing, we reach anyone in need of food, fostering the well-being of our entire community.
Your generosity remains the driving force behind our efforts and together, we are fortifying the resilience of our community. Thank you for your support.
Sincerely,
Thank you for the generous giftl

Proiect Outcomes:
We are incredibly thankful for funding from Geyserville Community Foundation!
Once again, our goal is simple this year: to help fund after-school programs so vulnerable youth have access to life-changing Boys & Girls Clubs programs and services every day. With your support, we're right on track!
Last year, we served 3,484 youth every day in 40 Clubs throughout Sonoma County, including 112 youth at our Geyserville Club. Every day Club Members receive academic support (homework help, tutoring), enrichment, and a healthy meal. Each of the 250 evidence-basea enrichment programs we offer aim to help Members meet academic standards in core subject areas while responding to their needs, interests & Strengths:
• Our academic success programs provide over 650,000 hours of homework help and academic support. Last year, 98.2% of our members progressed to the next grade.
• Our healthy lifestyles programs ensure that all kids participate in 60 minutes of physical activity daily and eat a nutritious meal. Last year, we served more than 5,400 meals and snacks to Geyserville kids when school was not in session. What we know is that young people that have exposure to these types of activities and support are 4 times less likely to use drugs.
• Our good character programs recognize over 1,000 youth every year in front of their families, teachers, and peers for their success. We provide those high expectations and recognize our communities' young people for meeting those expectations.
• Our arts programs enable youth to develop their creativity and cultural awareness. Through our connection to the Sonoma County arts community, Club kids have unique access to a number of creative arts opportunities such as visual & performing arts, creative writing, music, crafts and much more!
We know our programs benefited thousands of families daily and because of access to our Clubs, parents go to work with peace of mind knowing their children are cared for in in a safe place after-school, and have resources available to help them academically, socially and emotionally. We also know that children are happy when they have the support and social outlets they need to thrive. We couldn't be more honored to rally in these ways around the families who need us.

Dear John,
Thank you so much for your generous gift of $5,000.00 to Boys & Girls Clubs of Sonoma-Marin in support of our Geyserville Club(s).
Donations like yours help to inspire and enable all youth, especially those who need us most, to become caring, responsible and productive adults. Your support allows us to strive towards our vision of ending poverty in the communities we serve.
Boys & Girls Clubs of Sonoma-Marin serves nearly 10,000 children annually at 40 locations throughout Cloverdale, Geyserville, Healdsburg, Guerneville, Monte Rio, Windsor, Santa Rosa, Rohnert Park, Petaluma, and Novato communities. Each day in our Clubs, we aim to instill in kids a desire to make Healthy Choices, display Good Character, have Academic Success and cultivate Creative Expression. If we achieve these four life-changing outcomes, our kids and communities will be strong.
Once again, thank you for your generous support. It's an honor to be serving the youth of our communities.
